Responsibilities
- Oversee facility management including vendor relations, maintenance coordination, and space optimization
- Manage administrative budgets, procure supplies, and control operational expenses
- Lead HR functions including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics
- Implement digital office systems for workflow automation and data security
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain office policies ensuring OSHA and ADA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Proven expertise in office management with P&ML responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing remote/hybrid team structures
- SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
