Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and maintenance scheduling
- Manage administrative staff, providing mentorship and ensuring optimal performance
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate complex logistics for meetings, events, and executive travel
- Handle budgeting, expense reporting, and procurement for office supplies/services
- Serve as primary point of contact for HR, IT, and facilities support
- Maintain inventory management and asset tracking systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Proven expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing administrative teams
- Certification in Facilities Management (IFMA) or Business Administration preferred
