Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative staff schedules and performance to maintain peak productivity
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and complex calendar management
- Implement and optimize office procedures for maximum efficiency
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain HR documentation
- Manage budget allocation for office expenses and procurement
- Act as primary liaison for IT support and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate or professional services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong background in budget administration and vendor negotiations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HR compliance and employee relations
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required
