Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory, facility maintenance, and equipment management
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prepare confidential documents
- Lead HR functions: onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement office policies to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services including IT, catering, and security
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and offsite activities across multiple departments
- Prepare monthly expense reports and manage departmental budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive office management experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and expense reporting
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
