Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor management, and vendor relationships.
- Manage office budgets, including expense reporting and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics, AV requirements, and catering are executed flawlessly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and local regulatory compliance.
- Support the HR department with onboarding processes, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with benefits administration.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished professional demeanor.
- Experience with facility management software or property management systems is highly desirable.
- Valid driverβs license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
