Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, vendor contracts, and inventory control
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to optimize workflow efficiency
- Lead office budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement processes
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and serve as primary point of contact for facility needs
- Manage onboarding processes and maintain employee records in compliance with HR policies
- Organize company events and ensure seamless office experience for 50+ employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Proven budget management experience with $500k+ annual operational budgets
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
- Certifications in Facilities Management or Business Administration preferred
- Valid California driver's license required for occasional off-site errands
