- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relations, and equipment procurement
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate executive calendar/scheduling
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Handle budget administration for office expenses and vendor contracts
- Coordinate employee onboarding, events, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Manage digital office systems (e.g., facilities management software)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Proven expertise in budget administration and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
