Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless visitor experiences
- Coordinate facilities maintenance and space planning initiatives
- Lead HR support functions including onboarding and employee relations
- Develop and implement office policies to enhance productivity
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting
- Organize company events and team building activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of Maryland labor regulations and compliance
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing hybrid/remote teams
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
