Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive office administration including procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and handle confidential communications
- Develop and implement streamlined office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Suppose administrative staff including receptionists and assistants, ensuring performance excellence
- Administer HR functions including onboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance documentation
- Manage budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial record-keeping accuracy
- Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and cross-departmental logistics
- Implement and maintain workplace safety protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or startup environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Proven track record of supervising administrative teams and optimizing workflows
