Responsibilities
- Manage office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships with strategic cost control
- Coordinate complex calendars, executive travel, and high-level meeting logistics
- Oversee facilities management, including space planning, safety compliance, and maintenance
- Lead HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and culture
- Manage budgeting, expense reporting, and financial reconciliation processes
- Serve as primary liaison for IT support, security protocols, and emergency preparedness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of NYC labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Certification in Facilities Management or HR preferred
- Experience with hybrid/remote team coordination protocols
