Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO)
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular system audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Automate system management processes using scripting tools (Python/PowerShell)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration with proven infrastructure leadership
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
