Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone and email.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of computer hardware and software systems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain knowledge base accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn system architecture and network protocols.
- Conduct system backups and routine maintenance checks to ensure data integrity.
- Support the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and the internet.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
