Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex network and system issues
- Oversee data backup/recovery processes and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system integrations
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation experience
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
