Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices and security standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Optimize database performance and implement cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Debug complex issues and provide timely resolutions to technical tickets.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and one or more backend languages (Java, Python, C#).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
