Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead network security protocols and threat mitigation strategies
- Oversee system monitoring, optimization, and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology roadmaps
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance standards
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex technical issues
- Mentor junior IT staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS/Azure preferred)
- Proven experience with scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship available)
