Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex hardware/software issues across global teams
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and compliance audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and disaster recovery
- Document technical processes and create SOPs for system administration
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Active security certifications (CISSP, Security+) preferred
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation abilities
