Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage helpdesk tickets and remote troubleshooting for 20+ clients
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux workstations and servers
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or relevant technical experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud/on-premises systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
