Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud environments (AWS/Azure), networking, and security protocols
- Lead migration projects for hybrid cloud architectures ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for critical systems and develop automation solutions for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives and scalability needs
- Monitor system performance using advanced monitoring tools and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document infrastructure configurations and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Mentor junior IT staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and network security
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS) and compliance standards
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot multi-layered technical issues
- Valid US work authorization (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Professional certifications (AWS/Azure, CompTIA Security+, etc.) strongly preferred
