Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal employees, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and secure cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and on-premise servers.
- Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins and Docker.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement data protection measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for IT security and system administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration, network engineering, or DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Valid work authorization and eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1B, O1, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
