Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot servers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and assets.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including equipment setup.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT systems administration or support.
- Valid US Work Visa or eligibility for Visa Sponsorship.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CCNA are a plus.
