Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and optimize application performance and security.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Implement and manage cloud environments, adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development or IT engineering.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain necessary work authorization and visa sponsorship (H1B, O-1, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
