Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues in existing software systems.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the development team.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Conduct technical research and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and the ability to obtain work visa sponsorship if necessary.
