Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust features.
- Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy and planning.
- Ensure all software is secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
