As a Senior IT Engineer, you will be responsible for the stability, security, and scalability of our enterprise IT environment. We value technical excellence, continuous improvement, and a collaborative work culture.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to end-users, resolving complex hardware and software issues.
- Manage and optimize database performance using SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new software applications.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary patches to safeguard company assets.
- Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date IT asset inventories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Valid work authorization in the US or ability to obtain sponsorship (must be open to relocation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
