Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and security standards.
- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience with Visa Sponsorship requirements and relocation assistance.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
