Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead junior technicians and coordinate project timelines
- Ensure compliance with EPA safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (no degree required)
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and confined spaces
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
