Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults using diagnostic tools
- Perform energy efficiency audits and recommendations
- Train junior technicians on best practices
- Manage service schedules and client communications
- Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations
- Submit detailed service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years HVAC technician experience (no degree needed)
- EPA 608 certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Basic computer skills for reporting systems
