Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform diagnostic checks, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and identify root causes.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical repairs and maintenance plans clearly.
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory logs, and safety documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada HVAC Journeyman or Master License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential HVAC.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions (extreme heat, confined spaces).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
