Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, and ductwork
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Lead installation crews and mentor junior technicians
- Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local regulations
- Perform system efficiency audits and recommend upgrades
- Manage inventory and order parts for service vehicles
- Document service reports and maintain customer relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
- EPA 608 certification (Type II/III required)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical/electrical systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (NATE preferred)
