Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems in commercial properties
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on climate control equipment
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Manage inventory and order replacement parts efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients
- Stay updated on EPA regulations and industry innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Experience with energy-efficient and smart HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
