Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models using transformer architectures.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Deploy and scale AI models on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) with a focus on low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business needs into robust AI solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks for model hallucination, bias, and performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Multimodal AI and Agentic workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (equivalent experience accepted).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and vector embeddings.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for ethical AI development.
