Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings and risk assessments for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for future market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends affecting long-term strategy
- Present visionary roadmaps to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or MBA with specialization in innovation
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
