Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients focused on 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional research pods analyzing disruptive trends in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Develop patent-pending foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government agencies on 2026 technology inflection points
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with dedicated R&D teams and venture capital partners
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including generative AI and human augmentation
- Author thought leadership publications read by 2M+ industry professionals annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D with documented 2025+ impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, technology adoption lifecycle modeling, and megatrend analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers on emerging technologies
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents with diverse stakeholder management
