Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and validate future-facing concepts
- Build predictive models to assess commercial viability and adoption trajectories of emerging innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight with proven impact in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies required
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience in C-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
