Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026+
- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies
- Present insights to C-suite and board members through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research or thought leadership in innovation/futurism
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 companies
