Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts through quantitative research and qualitative analysis
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend database using AI-powered analytics tools
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering cross-functional innovation workshops
- Author white papers on emerging tech impacts for industry publications and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent professional certification
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation research, or corporate foresight role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience developing AI-driven strategic models for enterprise clients
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
