- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer 2026-ready technologies
- Design and deliver strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS, APF) preferred
