Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops on disruptive innovations (AGI, quantum bioengineering)
- Create future-readiness roadmaps for enterprise digital transformation
- Produce proprietary trend reports on 2026+ societal and technological shifts
- Advolve C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Design resilience protocols for AI-augmented workforce transitions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing enterprise future-readiness frameworks
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technological implications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
