Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and validate future-state scenarios for business continuity and market positioning
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation analysts
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
