Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technology adoption curves
- Produce trend briefings for executive leadership on climate tech, quantum computing, and neuro interfaces
- Design scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 100 clients on future workforce transformations
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Author white papers published in journals like Future Studies Quarterly and TechCrunch
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
- Present findings at global conferences including Davos and Singularity Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
