As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll leverage multidisciplinary research, emerging tech trends, and behavioral science to develop roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, leading researchers, and disruptive startups to turn futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmaps across AI, biotech, sustainability, and quantum computing domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for societal and business transformation
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
