Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in production environments.
- Implement and optimize database schemas and APIs for maximum efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
