Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time and on budget.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Immediate Impact: Hit the ground running to support critical projects with immediate deadlines.
- Training: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js or Python.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
