Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is required.
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python) is highly desired.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for seamless cross-border collaboration.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
