Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide technical support to internal staff and clients
- Monitor network security and performance
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues
- Complete certification training modules as scheduled
- Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call support
Qualifications

- Availability for weekday training (8 AM - 5 PM)
