Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database tuning and API optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first culture with hybrid office presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
