Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- System Optimization: Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and API endpoints to ensure maximum performance and speed.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to enforce best practices across the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js, Express, or Django, with experience building RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis for data storage and retrieval.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
