Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and implement complex data models and analytical frameworks to support key business objectives.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize real-time KPIs for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Process Optimization: Automate reporting workflows and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all data sources through rigorous validation processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with data warehousing tools (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
