Responsibilities
- Oversee $5M+ commercial construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, safety protocols, and building codes
- Control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Generate progress reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven track record managing projects over $3M in value
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, or similar construction software
- Strong Nevada building code knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in field environments (90% outdoor time)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
