Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including carpentry, painting, and demolition under direct supervision.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial facilities.
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and project managers effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for the EB3 visa category (Unskilled Worker) or open to sponsorship.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and adapt to varying weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety manuals and work instructions.
